Remote Assistance & Remote Access Questions

There are two different ways to connect remotely. The first being Remote Assistance, with remote Assistance you must be in front of your computer to allow Sheryl to connect to your computer. The second is Remote Access, with remote access software is preinstalled on to your computer that allows Sheryl to access it whenever needed and you do not have to be in front of the computer to allow access.

How to Connect to Remote Support - When you do not have an icon on your desktop already
